What is the minimum order quantity?

What if I would like a product that’s not in your catalog?
Great question! Our catalog is constantly growing, seriously, every week we add new Good Things. There’s a good chance we’re already working on the product you’re hoping for – and if we’re not, we can still get it! Submit a form and let’s chat.

What kind of artwork do I need to provide?
We’ll need vector graphics in order to properly produce your promotional goods. Vector artwork is typically made with vector illustration software like Adobe Illustrator. They are scalable graphics, meaning that the image file remains high resolution so there is no loss of quality. It also allows the colours to be separated if a multi-colour print is required. File formats include AI, EPS and SVG.
Are all your products customizable?
Heck ya! Want a different colour? Let’s do it! Looking to have something laser engraved? Consider it done! If you can think it, we can make it happen. We will work with you to source and find the right item that matches your needs. Submit an inquiry to find out how we can bring your idea to life.
Do you provide any guarantee if we don’t like the final product?
100% happiness satisfaction is our goal here at Good Things. If your final product doesn’t pass the test, just contact your Sales Rep and they will help correct the issue for you.
Where do you get your products?
We focus on preferred supplier partnerships within Canada and the USA, but we can also source from overseas for those extremely large quantities when we have time and price matters. Having the right suppliers is key to ensuring you get “Good Things!” That means we care and work with our partners to make sure products meet all the required safety and certified approved qualifications so you don’t have to.
Can you ship to the US?
Yes we can! We are global and have offices in both Canada and the US! Just let us know before quoting where your items have to land so we can find items that won’t be affected crossing the border.
Can you ship my order to multiple locations?
Absolutely! We can ship to as many locations as you need. Just let us know ahead of time, and we will make sure everything delivers safely to their final destination!
How fast can you give us a price estimation?
We’ll get back to you within one business day. If we need any additional information, we'll contact you directly.
How am I invoiced, and which payment methods do you accept?
You will be emailed a copy of your invoice once your order ships. We accept payment by cheque, credit card or Interac E-transfer.
